Behaviour Policy

Over the past year, we have trained to become a ‘Trauma Informed’ school. This approach is best practise and essentially is a way for adults to help all children feel safe and happy in school. As part of this approach, we are adapting our behaviour policy. Over the next half term, we will be trialling a new approach to behaviour. Please see this in draft below. Any feedback is very welcome.
