Last Week’s Sporting News
On Tuesday, are amazing girls football team won 9-1 we are immensely proud of them they played against adman’s farm and it was a home match. On Wednesday, our spectacular boys football team won 6-0. We are enormously proud of them, they played against St Gregory’s, it was a home game.
Spotlight on Learning
Each week, the School Council will be interviewing a year group to ask them about their learning.
Today, Edlin and Nicholas interviewed Year 4.
Isabelle stated, “One of my favourite lessons of the week was English because I got to express my creativity into my writing. I also love maths because I really like Times Table Rockstars and it helps me to improve.”
Andrew quoted, “My favourite lesson was reading because I love using all of my reading skills: skimming and scamming. I also loved Maths because I enjoy doing division and fractions.”
Future Events
On Sunday April 28th, our show-stopping dance team will be performing at the Birmingham hippodrome theatre. This is especially important to our lovely dance team so BOOK YOUR TICKETS NOW!
Outside of School Achievements
Olivia (in year 5) competed in the Rugby Open Meet 2024 – 6/7th April with City of Coventry Swim Club.
She participated in seven races, securing five gold medals and one bronze in the 9- year-old category. Additionally, she has achieved entry times for five events in the Warwickshire County Championship for 10/11 year olds.
Lily (also in year 5) smashed her heat and came 1st.
