We are a Sacred Heart family and we want your child to feel happy and safe in school. We are always here to help you.

If you have a concern about your child, please book an appointment to discuss with your child’s class teacher by either phoning or emailing the Office to make an appointment. In the first instance – the class teacher is the first port of call. If an issue arises and it is not resolved, the next step is to see the Leader of Learning. If a matter is then not resolved – an appointment can be made with a member of the Leadership team – Assistant Principal (Mrs Aldrich), Assistant Principal (Miss Allport) or Head of School (Mrs Ellis).

Mr Madia (Executive Principal) is available to speak to if your concern has not been resolved by the Leadership team.

If as a family, there is anything we can support you with, please speak to Mrs Teal (Pastoral Lead) or Mrs Ryan (Mental Health Lead).
