We are a nut free school. We have several children in school, with severe life- threatening nut allergies. Please do not send any food to school that contains nut – this includes cereal bars, chocolate, cakes etc. Nut butters, such as peanut butter, almond butter and chocolate-nut spreads are also not allowed. Any product containing nuts will be immediately confiscated.
We have had a child start school with a serious, life-threatening egg allergy. We kindly request that parents are mindful of this when sending in packed lunches. Please do not send in boiled eggs or egg sandwiches. Children in Reception and Year 1 will not be able to bring any eggs into school – this area needs to be kept completely egg free. Thank you for your understanding.
