Mental Health Week
We have been thrilled this week to see all of our children and staff expressing themselves for Children’s Mental Health Week. Being proud to be ourselves is so important and we always teach our children to celebrate their God-given gifts, talents, unique personalities and beautiful natures. Mental health is not only important during this week in February; it is something we should always take care of and nurture, just as we do with our physical health. If you need advice about a child or adult’s mental health, an excellent source of information is the NHS website Every Mind Matters https://www.nhs.uk/oneyou/every-mind-matters/ and Place To Be, who launched Children’s Mental Health Week https://www.place2be.org.uk/ You can also seek support and advice from school staff. So as our week comes to an end, just remember: keep celebrating who you are, keep talking about how you feel and keep on shining!
